Need Help in Canceling/Removing Xfinity Voice Service from my Account
I’d like to cancel Xfinity Voice from my package as I no longer need it. Can someone help me, please? I've tried to do it multiple times with chat and they claim they can't do it but yet they can add or upgrade services????????????? I don't need to speak with anyone on the phone, this is a very simple task of just removing my Xfinity Voice service which I no longer use, that's it. I don't understand why I can't just remove it myself on the website but it does not allow.

I was trying to do the same thing and have now been on with an agent for more than an hour. This is so shady that you can't remove this in the Change Plan feature. It feels like a scam.

There is no option to remove Xfinity voice which cost $30 dollars a month. I never used my phone ever in the past 5 years.
