Need help from xfinity

Hello, I have had issues this ENTIRE year with my wifi. I’ve had multiple technicians come and try to assist but it only fixes the issue temporarily. The last tech that came said he would contact his supervisor to speak to my apartments about the wiring from the wifi. I’ve been paying my bill and haven’t had wifi this ENTIRE month. Could I get in contact with someone that will assist? Thanks

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message. 


  Click "Sign In" if necessary


 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
