Need Help Correcting Address
I put my neighbors address by mistake when purchasing a modem now their address is linked to the internet; is there anything i can do to get that changed? i haven’t received the modem yet it arrives tomorrow (at my neighbors address)

I am sorry to hear that the address for your service was entered wrong, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
