Need help changing date on Xfinity Universal Orlando complimentary tickets
Hi, I’m an Xfinity Diamond Member and redeemed the complimentary Universal Orlando ticket benefit for two 2-Park, 1-Day Park-to-Park tickets.
The tickets are currently dated November 7, 2026, but we’re unfortunately no longer able to travel on that date. We’d like to move both tickets to November 20, 2026.
I’ve seen other Xfinity members with this same Universal comp-ticket reward directed to Xfinity Support/Rewards for assistance with a date change. Could an Xfinity employee please help me determine whether the Rewards team can have the tickets reissued for November 20?
I have the Universal order confirmation and ticket information available and can provide the details privately.

I am glad we were able to confirm that as suggested by another post (Xfinity Free Universal Tickets) ,simply cancelling the current order reservation for the universal tickets in your ETDS account allowed for rescheduling. Good evening user_m00w9t. I can certainly understand wanting to see about changing the dates for your tickets. When you received the confirmation email, did it provide additional information regarding the reservation? Often times with the confirmation if there is a need to change the reservation it will include the information within the confirmation email.
