Need help cancelling peacock premium
Help! i'm trying to cancel my Peacock premium so I am not billed for it. I only have Internet through Xfinity, I got a year free or whatever it was and it says it's free up until next week.
I have tried to login and go to manage subscriptions but I get this error:
We're sorry.

Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help.
and the Xfinity assistant is awful and I cannot get anywhere or find help, it just keeps telling me the same thing over and over again to go to the manage subscription page, which I cannot do.
so what can I do here? or do I have to just see if it charges me next month and call and complain if it does and get refunded? this is really frustrating that I cannot manage this online and I cannot get customer service contact to help me with this.
Or will the subscription just expire and not charge me? Thanks!
