Need Help Canceling my NOWTV
I have been trying to navigate the Xfinity app and websites for a few days now trying to find where to cancel my NOW TV subscription part of my plan. I have been unable to find where to do that and the AI assistant tool has had me going in circles and has not been useful unfortunately. So I am trying to find a real person to hopefully actually understand what my problem is because I really feel like this should be a very simple process. I’ve seen some people have had luck sending a direct message through these forums but I guess I need to make a post like this first before I am able to direct message? I don’t know, again this is very confusing, any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
