Need emergency help relocating an underground conduit running next to my house

We're doing some landscaping and foundation work on our house, and as we've been prepping the site for this work we found what appears to be a telecom conduit running about 8" deep in the space we are working on.  We need to relocate that conduit as soon as possible so as to not hold up additional work we're having performed.  Can someone help me with expediting a request to relocate this buried line?

I attempted to open a ticket - but the automated system pushes me into only a few options, none of which match my situation.  Wasn't sure what the best way to request this, and when I searched I saw other forum posts, so I'm hoping someone might be able to assist me as well.  I tried following recommendations in those other posts, but didn't have any luck.

Thanks @user_3d19g3 for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can certainly understand your concern, especially when you have landscaping and foundation work scheduled and have discovered what appears to be a buried telecommunications conduit directly in the work area. Delays on a project like this can be frustrating, and it's important to ensure the line is properly identified and handled before any additional work proceeds.

We'd be happy to look into this further and see what options may be available. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address, and we'll be glad to review the situation and gather any additional information needed. In the meantime, we recommend avoiding any excavation or relocation of the conduit until it can be properly evaluated to help prevent damage to service or nearby infrastructure.

We look forward to assisting you.
