Need Direct Messaging Enabled
Hello, I need to send a private message to Xfinity Support, but I do not have the Direct Message option anywhere on my account. My profile settings show that I am not opted out, but the DM button is still missing.
Please enable Direct Messaging on my forum account so I can provide my account details privately.
