need direct contact for trouble with service

We have had the worst connection with our internet for the past 2 years. Many times I have resorted to using the hotspot through my phone and verizon so I could get through school/work needs. I have tried tirelessly to use the "xfinity assistant" but nothing has worked and it is impossible to talk directly with someone. 

I desperately need a tech to come out to the house and help me. How do I get this?
