Need cable lines moved to a new pole

The power company moved its lines as well as ATT moved their lines to a new pole. The only lines left which need moved are those of Xfinity. Having them there is holding up a project. How can this be accomplished. Thank you.

To get started, please reach out to us via Direct Message using the handy instructions below.  Please be sure to include your full name, and your service address.  You may also optionally include a reference photo showing the pole location where the work needs to be completed and any other pertinent details you may have.  Once we have that information we would be happy to assist you further.  

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
