Need Cable Buried / Serious Hazard

I’ve been trying to get a cable buried at my home since November 2022. The cable that was connected to my home was dangling along multiple properties and fence lines to connect to my home. It took about 4 months to get them to install a green box in my yard. After that, my current cable line was hit by lightning. After a month of no shows and no internet, comcast finally put a new cable on my property connected to the box in my yard. I’ve had 2 more no shows to bury the cable and my yard has a huge cable running through it. Note that the cable gets hidden in huge storm puddles due to constant rainstorms in the area. HOW DO I GET THIS CABLE BURIED? ITS BEEN 7-8 MONTHS

I have had a temporary orange wire running down the street 100 yards for approximately 9 months now.  My neighbors and I have both reached out to Xfinity countless times and keep getting the runaround.  They claim they will "put us on the list" to get the wire buried, but 9 months later nothing has been done.  Several elderly people walk on the same street that the wire is running down.  Is it a requirement for someone to break their hip prior Xfinity burying the cable?  For the record I am notifying Xfinity again that the temporary wire is a tripping hazard and if they don't bury it it needs to be removed.
