Need assistance please: how can I check order status?
I placed an order to update our Gateway to the new 6e type on May 8th. I received an order number but have not received an email. It's been 30 days now and I can't find any way to check the status of this order. There is mention of it and a change on my bill. Can someone from Xfinity please contact me about my order? I do have an order number. Thank you in advance!

Sounds great! I would be happy to get a new modem shipped out to you! Once I have the order shipped I will go ahead and follow up with you with that tracking number. You can then use the tracking number in order to track the shipment on https://comca.st/3Nwl8uo. Typically, if you order something on our website the tracking number would be emailed to you in order to track the shipment on https://comca.st/3Nwl8uo.
