Programming changes occur when contracts between Comcast and media companies expire. Comcast negotiates these contracts to carry various channels, and if an agreement cannot be reached, the channels may no longer be available, including associated on-demand content and multicast signals. Comcast has a history of successfully renewing contracts without service interruptions. Customers are notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes, and updates regarding channel status are provided on a dedicated website.

We regularly reevaluate programming. At this time I would be unable to speak on when we may or may not carry a channel. We do provide channel updates on our billing statements.

Is there not another NBC affiliate besides WPTV that you can bring to us so we can have a live NBC station?  Doesn't Comcast own NBC???

It is quite ridiculous considering the amount of our monthly bills that you cannot accommodate us better.

Hi, @user_cnjy3t. The area affiliate must be on board with an agreement for a network to be carried in said area. We don't have any news at this time to share on any additions or changes. I apologize for the inconvenience while we look for a fair deal.
