My xfinity service
I've tried almost everything I've reset the computer tower.I've reset the television.I've did everything that I could possibly do.I can't even get your phone number to work.It rings once and hangs up.Is there something going on that?I can't get a hold or get out to anyone

Are you having trouble with all of your services or just TV and Streaming?
If it is just TV and Streaming, We are aware of a national service issue affecting Xfinity TV services. Please check for updates on our Xfinity Status Map.
If this is in regard to other service such as internet or phone, or the map indicates there are no issues for your area, please let us know and we'd be happy to assist further.
