My Xfinity Box Was Broken Into

Been trying to reach a live human for the last hour to report that my Xfinity box on the side of my house was broken into, but was unable to with the stupid bot. I'm not sure of the damage if any but I would like to speak to a real human to get someone out to inspect it ASAP and do any repairs if needed.

Are you experiencing service issues? If you are not experiencing issues, there may be no damage at all as services are still working and a technician may not be needed. How are the services performing right now?

Honestly I would love to speak to a live person to have them send out a technician to make sure everything is okay and secure the box. Because right now it just swings open for anyone to get into it.

Also tried chatting with your "help support" on X and they were more concerned about upselling me new service than addressing the problem. So you can imagine, I'm [Edited: "Language"] right now.
