My website is being blocked by safebrowse.io

The website for my business hpwclaw.com is being blocked. I tired following the directions to have it unblocked but the url listed https://spa.xfinity.com/ is throwing an error and does not come up.  How can get my website removed from your blacklist?

Thanks for the quick response - unfortunately it appears you did not read my original post.  The very first step in the link you referenced is go to the website  https://spa.xfinity.com/ which I very clearly pointed out is not working.  Please let me know what else can be done to fix this problem.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
