Hi @user_pl2zb0, thank you for taking the time to join our community forums. I am sorry to hear that you have had some trouble getting all set up, but we're here to help. It sounds like you just got a new modem as well, have you tested things out on another device to see if the internet is working. You could turn the data off on your phone and try to watch a video, or you could try testing things out on a computer.

New installation. Can't connect. Modem says it is connected but nothing thru to TV.
