Hi there, @user_36zr0x! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! The delay you're referring to can be caused by many factors including signal processing of devices and buffering. This is common across many services. It should not be too significant though. What is the average delay you're seeing and is it on live events specifically?

Its mainly live events! Prob a minute lag! So at the end of game those with different providers already knows the score or who won

Thank you, @user_36zr0x! We work with broadcast networks, regional sports providers, and local TV station owners to expand the content available with our services. As a cable provider, we relay the signal sent by the networks. While it can be frustrating, it is common for live television to have a delay to prevent mistakes or unacceptable content from being broadcasted. We can certainly document the feedback, and you can submit feedback here. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!

Ty for your response! So Comcast is the only one that tries to prevent mistakes! Why do all other providers not have this issue

I can't speak on behalf of other providers, so not sure how their broadcast delay is set up. But from personal experience, I have seen the delay when watching the live broadcasts through my X1 set-top box as well.

There was a post back in January where users are reporting if you switch to using the Xfinity Stream App on a different device the delay may not be there: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/insane-broadcast-delay/6789d44f713826258d5a7eba

@user_36zr0x you're welcome, I was also able to get feedback submitted regarding the delay as well when viewing over a set-top box.
