My student discount suddenly gone

I'm with xfinity internet with student discount and my monthly payment is $40, but this month the bill come out to $75.94 without any notice. I am still active student that can be verified. Please help me resolve this asap.

The student offers would need to be signed up for online, so if your current one has expired you would need to visit this website and provide your student ID information and follow the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/student

I have verify my student ID based on the steps in https://www.xfinity.com/student . However, the discount didn't renew for me, it said that the promotion only applies for year 1 and 2. Is there some one that can help manually adjust this?

There would be nothing for us to manually adjust if you're not qualified for another student promotion if the term of your original promotion was for 2 years and has expired. You would need to explore our regular promotions through our plan builder. Once you're logged in you can explore current promotions your account is eligible to receive.
