Loss of Student Discount

I am also experiencing this as it is. I was verified as a student with my student ID and I am still being charged $50 instead of $40.

@user_1rs8jz you're welcome. Reviewing the student discount offer here: https://www.xfinity.com/student#Pricing&otherinfo

I see that checking autopay and paperless statements are required to be set up to receive an additional $10 discount (or additional $10/mo charge applies). From experience, I've seen this is typically the difference between the $50 and $40 monthly pricing when working with customers previously. The autopay discount can take up to 45 days to reflect.

- Do you have checking autopay, and paperless statements set up?
