My Started Kit Never Delivered But UPS Says Its Delivered

Yesterday my started kit showed as delivered. i  went to leasing office, i looked for many times and i did not find my package. i can not continue to install my internet because of this situation. asap this problem should be fix it because i have a home office work. what can i do i dont know i just reported a missing package to UPS... can you help me please. it is  terrible experience for me

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
