My plan

I need confirmation on the price and plan I have. I chatted with two different representatives and they didn’t tell me what I have just made changes. My promotion ended and I was trying to get a new one.

Did you recently make changes to your account? Changes to the account can't be made without your customer approval consent. The consent form includes all the changes that are being made towards the account. Did you also agree to a plan with an agreement? If so, the agreement could be viewed by visiting out 'Finding your legal agreements and contract in your account' support page.
