Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_dgc83v Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorryto hear your service was shut off prematurely. Do you still need assistance with this concern?

All Comcast personnel were exceedingly polite, but until you get transferred 3 or 4 times do you finally reach a tech who is knowledgeable to sufficiently fix your issue.

Trying to reach a live person when you know you have a problem that cant be resolved by a refresh signal is almost next to impossible. I was almost in tears.  For that reason I would NOT recommend Xfinity/Comcast to anyone.
