My network service

My network is not connected how do I get connected. I've tried many time using the Xfinity online support help and have been told they cant find my T.V. Box. I dont have cable all I have is the internet and Wifi service. I can not get my streaming device and service to work tells me I have no network service. BEEN HAVING ISSUES ALL MONTH WHY????
