I am a new customer I just got received my internet I was supposed to add my promo code my mc50 to get my $50 Visa prepaid card and I never received it because I don't think I added the promo code correctly is there anyway that you can manually add it to my account

I am sorry that you have not yet received the gift card that was part of the promotion when you signed up for service, but you have come to the right place for assistance. It can take 14-16 weeks from the activation date to receive a prepaid card. Have you checked the Xfinity incentive tracker to see if it has details of your offer?
