My internet network ! Tenant of [Edited]

I need to have my internet network to be check.  I is the system that is required for all the tenants at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I am in apartment [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Please give me a call at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  This issue has been going on since the last few months.  I was thinking that it was my laptop, however, that is not the case.  I work from home and must have high speed internet service.

Here's how to send a direct message (private message);


Click "Sign In" if necessary.
 
Click the "Direct Message" icon  in the upper right corner. 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
 
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
 
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
 
Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to send it.
