My internet has been out for 24 hours

Why does xfinity make it so difficult to talk to an actual human? I need information on my services that are not working.

Have you by any chance checked out Xfinity App to see your connections status and to see if anything is going on in your area? If not please take a look here https://www.xfinity.com/apps and download our app so you can do some remote troubleshooting.
