My internet goes out for 2 days every single month.
Every month since I have installed my internet, it gets disconnected for 2 days (no internet connection).
After checking the outage monitor, it says “no outages in your area”. So I contact support, they tell me “we cannot connect to your router. We will send a technician”. Technician is scheduled to visit 3 days later.
1 day to 3 hours before the technician’s arrival, internet starts working. Technician’s appointment gets canceled automatically.
Considering the fact that the internet goes down and comes back up after a day or so, means there was an outage somewhere. Why not just notify the users about the outage. If it is not an outage, why not have more technicians so the service is back up quicker.
Every [Edit: Language] month, I lose my time at work for 2 whole days.

Good evening @user_9jwbzq! I can absolutely understand your frustration. Losing internet for two days is disruptive on its own, but when it's also affecting your ability to work and the issue appears to resolve itself before a technician can investigate, I can see why you would be looking for answers.
Based on what you've described, we'd like to take a closer look. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
