My Internet drops several times a week.

We lose wi-fi several times a week. I'm about ready to switch companies. What is going on?

May we suggest you use either the Xfinity Assistant or Xfinity App to troubleshoot?

By running through the troubleshooting steps you can directly access many of the same tools we would use to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, up to and including scheduling a technician visit if needed.
