My Favorites

A few months ago, I found all my favorite channels were gone. I spent over an hour recreating them. A few days later, the favorites I created were still there, but also I had multiple instances of the same favorite channels. I have tried removing them over and over but the extra ones will not go away. How do I resolve this? I called "support" and spoke to a robotic "live agent" who only offered the steps that did not work. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 26 minutes then was disconnected. The option to speak to a human agent is beyond frustrating! HELP!!!
