My constant outages and my dangerous cable line

I have outages all the time. October 2025  I had to a new cable line ran but the gentleman who came to help was unable to bury the line. He put in a work order.  It is now April of 2026 and the line is still across my driveway. I have put in many requests to have the line buried but nothing has happened. Who can I speak with an/ or how is are these 2 problems going to get resolved.

Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re really sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long, especially with a line running across your driveway. That’s not only frustrating, it’s a safety concern, and we completely understand why you’re upset.

 

The drop line should have absolutely been buried after the initial work order was placed, and the fact that it’s still there months later is not the experience we want for you. On top of that, having repeated service interruptions just adds to the frustration, and we want to make sure both issues are properly addressed.
