my cable line is cut. I need to speak with a human being about getting it fixed.

I have gone through the xfinity assistant several times and could not get help.

I have waited for an agent on a text message for 65 minutes only to get disconnected. 

My line was not marked properly, even though going through the 811 process.  It is now cut and needs to be repaired. 

Is there a phone number that I can call?
