Multiple Internet Outages

We have experienced multiple internet outages over the past two months, which have become a frequent and frustrating disruption to our daily activities. In the past month alone, there have been six separate outages. This level of service falls well below expectations and has caused considerable inconvenience.

We would appreciate an explanation for the ongoing issues, along with a clear plan of action to resolve them. Given the repeated disruptions, I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
