Moving/Transfer Service to Roommates or Cancel?

Hi! I currently live with two other roommates and I am the account holder for all our bills, which includes Xfinity. To avoid confusion, is it better that I transfer the services to one of my roommates or should just cancel my current service, have my roommate create her own account, and have me start new service at my new address (with using my current account)?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
