Thanks for reaching out @user_adf0d3! The short answer is no. You can only take a modem to another state with you if you're transferring services. A transfer of service can only be done from one address to another in the same market. If it's out of market then you'd have to cancel services in one market, return the equipment, the start new services in a new market with new equipment.
