Moving - want to keep my equipment

​I am moving on March 16 and I have input the move details into my account. I made some changes to my internet plan, and I selected "use my own equipment" for the new address. I want to keep my Comcast modem though. I cannot find the area online where I can change this setting. The site is instructing me to return the equipment or be charged. When I go to make changes to the new plan, it instructs me to use Chat Assistant. I used the chat, and the assistant told me I could change the setting in my account, so I am stuck in a loop here. Please advise, thank you.​

Usually, when you choose the "Use My Own Equipment" option, thats telling the system that you would like to use your own modem. We can get this fixed for you!
