Moving to house apt
Hi, I am transferring my Xfinity account to a house upstairs apartment in a week or so. But online when I type in the address it keeps saying the apartment number is NULL. I think there is only one coaxial line coming into the house and then branched off with splitters, one to the upstairs and one to the down stairs. How would I activate/move the service to that address?
