Moving no confirmation
I spent the better part of an hour getting an appointment that will cost me $140 to move my wifi and home security. I have the chat transcripts and the confirmation number. I was advised that I would receive a confirmation email which I haven’t. I also do not see anything on the app. Do I even have an appointment? I can’t be without the services. No one has any answers for me either.
