Moving into new home later this month and set up service

I am moving into a new house on 8/31. I am a new Xfinity customer and just set up internet service. I expected it to give me an option to select a move in date but the form didn't. Seeing I won't be moved in til the 31st, is it possible that I get the Getting Started package to my current address? And is there anything else I need to change with my account?

Hello @user_e24f16 it is so wonderful to hear that you are looking to set us up at your new place. We are excited to see how you enjoy your services with us! In certain situations, we can change the address that we ship equipment out to, or delay shipment, but this can only be completed on certain accounts, and within a specific timeframe. We can definitley get yours pulled up to see if this is an option for us! Please send our team a Direct Message so we can look into this further for you.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
