Moving a buried cable and exterior Comcast box

I have a buried cable and exterior junction box that I need to have moved prior to future excavation and building work that will interfere with current locations.  Who do I need to contact about getting these items moved to a suitable location.

Thanks

Hey there, @user_l4data, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding moving a cable. We would be happy to help with getting a survey scheduled for this work. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

user_l4data, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. We want to do everything we can to help you. During the winter months, depending on where you live, we may not be able to bury a line until it warms up. We can take a look and see if it is possible now that Spring is here.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary.

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page).

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list.

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

• Press Enter to send your message.
