Movies in Purchases not available in Xfinity Stream App after new account creation, but still show in Rewards

Movies from Diamond Rewards not available in Xfinity Stream App.  There is an old account and a new account - not sure how long the old account will be available, but the new account is about a week into its existence.  I've been told by numerous agents that they see the movies and it will take an hour to merge, that has not happened after a week.  The Diamond Rewards level has transferred over and other Rewards are available, but the movies are not in the Purchases section of Xfinity Stream.  I'm guessing someone from Comcast/Xfinity needs to do something in the back-end to transfer the digital titles to the new account.
