Movie rental failed

My wife and I tried to take advantage of the weekend movie night reward ($5 off rental) to watch the 4th John Wick movie. Unfortunately every time we tried to watch it, after about a minute we would get an error and the movie would stop playing. 

Is there anyway to get a refund for this since we were completely unable to watch the movie?
