Movie is only playing in Spanish

I was attempting to watch the movie, Reminiscence, which is currently on HBO but the movie audio is only in Spanish with no way to put the English audio on. Even the subtitles are in Spanish. I looked to see if there was another version on HBO but there was only the one.

Oh no! I'm so sorry that you're experiencing issues with HBO. Please send me a private message with your full name and full address. I can most definitely take a further look at this issue! 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity
Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I was just watching Reminisce in English from 30 mins on demand. Paused it and let it time out. Now when I go back to resume it's in Spanish and I can't get it to revert back to English. Really sucks since today is the last day of free movie week. Sure glad I don't pay for HBO if this is a common issue.

Hey @user_8f6c74, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. That is definitely bad timing and we apologize for your experience. Double checking my own, the broadcast of it does appear to be sent in Spanish. I was able to get the regular version by going to the Xfinity menu, selecting HBO MAX the app, and then searching the movie. Is it working correctly from there for you?

I tried this but since I don't have hbo it won't let me watch, the free trial ends today

HI @Lioko. I know how it can be frustrating when you can get the movie to play in the correct language. Are you watching this on a cable box or streaming app?

I have literally the same problem with dune, its only giving me Spanish audio and the movie name changes help
