Moved to new address

Moved to a new address. Xfinity says service is pending activation on my end at the new address. It’s an old house and the only coax cable is in a bedroom, and it won’t connect or activate after trying multiple times. I’d like to figure out the problem but also have the modem in a different room.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_5l3i3u I would be reaching out too. We can see about moving the modem to a new location and activation/troubleshoot with you. If a tech comes out you would be subject to a $100 fee. If that is ok please feel free to send us your full name and complete address via our DM.
