Move Service Address

I'm moving into a townhouse with two units and I would like to transfer my current service.

The problem is in the "move service" portal it only has the "Unit B" address and I need service at the Unit A address. Does this mean I cannot transfer my service?

Thanks,
Sean

Hey @user_7cd163, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Congratulations on the big move, you picked a great time of year! Usually that means that the address either wasn't added to our system yet or was added without the Unit A. Since there is service next door, we should be able to get you set up. Can you send us a private message so I can better assist getting the service going? You can send one by clicking the "message" icon in the upper right corner of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle Xfinity Support to send us a private message.

I apologize, I did not receive the message. Did you send it to our Xfinity Support handle? Our personal inboxes are not monitored as we work the main Xfinity Support inbox. It allows for your message to be handled 24/7 no matter if the specific agent is still available. We'd hate for your concern to go unaddressed because we were off for the night and we're designed to have the next available employee take over.
