Move Green Pedestal Post

I am building a home and the Xfinity pedestal is in the path of my driveway.  I have a ticket number: [Edited: "Personal Information"].    I called on 2/10 & 2/16 new service and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours but I have received not contact.  I currently Cox service and will move to Xfinity when my home is completed but need to have this pedestal moved.  Please advise.

@user_wsus2k Thank you for reaching out today, we would love to help with your new construction and help set up service in the future as well.  At this time we would need to check the ticket number directly to see where the process is currently at. Typically, we would set up an appointment first to check if the box can be moved. Once our technicians determine if this is possible we would continue from there. Can you please send us a direct message with your full name, address and ticket number please. 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
