Move Green Pedestal Post
I am building a home and the Xfinity pedestal is in the path of my driveway. I have a ticket number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I called on 2/10 & 2/16 new service and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours but I have received not contact. I currently Cox service and will move to Xfinity when my home is completed but need to have this pedestal moved. Please advise.

At this time we would need to check the ticket number directly to see where the process is currently at. Typically, we would set up an appointment first to check if the box can be moved.
