MotorCross Sweepstakes

I received an email saying I was the winner of the MotorCross Sweepstakes (which I did enter) as well as 2 phone calls from Wisconsin with a voicemail saying it was in regards to a Sweepstakes that I entered. Is this legit?

user_zl0jhg What does the email state are the next steps to claim your prize? Does it say you would be called?

It say :

Accept your prize and create your prize fulfillment account.  Once you accept your prize and create your account, you then have five (5) calendar days to complete, have notarized and upload your completed documents or your prize will be forfeited.

PLEASE NOTE:  You have forty-eight (48) hours to accept the prize.  If you do not accept the prize within the forty-eight (48) hour timeframe the prize will be automatically forfeited and another perspective winner will be selected.
