Months later and I'm still trying to redeem the Peacock subscription

I have used this forum multiple times to avail to redeem the Peacock subscription. However; I am giving this yet another chance before I truly say [Edited: “Profanity”] Xfinity. Upon logging in to the StreamStore website there is no link for me to redeem the subscription. There is a purple hyperlink box in which I can use to create a bundle to purchase additional streaming services. I am repeatedly receiving the email reminding to redeem said benefit but there does not seem to be way for me to do so.
