Monthly Fee for Internet Service More Than Doubled
The price of my internet (only) service more than doubled this month when a 24 month promo I had ended: from $50/month to $109/month. This is an excessive price increase with no increase in the service I receive. I also have Xfinity mobile service on my account (two phones). I called the 800 customer service number and was informed that the office is closed. I attempted to address this issue via chat but was sent in circles by the AI assistant. The online current "deals" were for the same price of $109/month. I am a longtime Xfinity customer. How do I get help with this issue?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
