Modem TG4482A

I woke up to find my modem that I've had for about a year with the fan running on high.  I unplugged it.  I've been having issues with the modem, having to unplug it because the internet connection has been dropped and when streaming something on TV, it will suddenly go into buffering and it takes a while for it to start again.   What do I do?

@user_500727 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out. I would like to look into this and check your modem health.
